Come out to the Taiwan Center next week for our monthly 4th Tuesday event. Last month, we focused on the Taiwanese language. This month, we're going to focus on Taiwanese food.
Come join us and learn how to make Tsao Mi Fun (Taiwanese Fried Noodles (vermicelli)), the Taiwanese version of chow mein. You'll be able to watch and participate in the food preparation of this traditional Taiwanese dish, i.e. we'll be cooking for ourselves. Note: our "teacher" is not a professional.
Afterward, we can hang out and play at the Taiwan Center.
The cost of the event will be $5.
