TAP-SD would like to pass along information that some of its members may be interested in. Specifically, the North American Taiwanese Women's Association (NATWA) 2011 conference is taking place this year in St. Louis. The theme for this year's convention is "Women's Empowerment."
North American Taiwanese Women's Association 2nd Generation (NATWA II), a network for 1.5 and 2nd generation Taiwanese American and Canadian women that strives to cultivate and promote talents among young Taiwanese American and Canadian women, to preserve Taiwanese culture, and to promote Taiwanese American and Canadian identity, has a wonderful opportunity to financially help some people attend this year's conference.
Please view NATWA II's flyer, scholarship application and registration forms below for more information. All documents can also be found on their website: www.natwa2.org.
