- Opening Ceremony & Violin Concert (Taiwan Center) - May 15, 5:30pm
- Youth Karaoke Competition (Taiwan Center) - May 20, 7pm
- Senior Karaoke Competition (Taiwan Center) - May 21
- Seminar: Food and Imagined Community - May 21, 3pm
