TAP SD: Professional Mentorship Program Info Session
October 23 @ 8:10 pm - 10:00 pm
TAP-SD is kicking off our annual Professional Mentorship Program!
The goal of our Professional Mentorship Program is to provide guidance and mentorship to all Taiwanese-affiliated students in the San Diego region. Mentors in previous years have come from a diverse set of professional fields including Marketing, Finance, Law, Medicine, Engineering, Life Sciences, Accounting, and many others. Through the Mentorship Program, we will match working professionals with students aspiring to pursue similar career paths. We hope this program can foster lifelong connections, build up the Taiwanese American community, and benefit mentors and mentees alike in their professional careers.
This year, we have partnered with multiple Taiwanese affiliated student organizations: TASA, UTA, Tzu Ching, and TGSA from UCSD and TSA from SDSU. We have also extended the program to span the entire academic year to allow more time for mentors to help mentees develop professionally and for more workshops/activities.
The information session will be on 10/23 (Tue) at 8:10-9:30 pm at UCSD (the location will be updated soon). Light refreshments will be served.
