TAP-SD: Yoga & Meditation

Working long hours sitting in front of a computer? If yes, then our next yoga session is just what you need to stretch out those slouching shoulders! We will have shoulder opening poses plus a short meditation session at the end as an added bonus. Come and join us!
Serena holds a 200 hr teacher training certification in Vinyasa yoga. She has been aiding and teaching Vinyasa class in her spare time for several years.
Please have water, towel, and yoga block ready for the class. If you don’t have yoga block, a thick book will do too!
The meeting link will be included in your order confirmation email. (Please note when registering for the meeting your account name has to match the event sign up name to be allowed into the session).
