Dear TAPpers,

During this unprecedented and stressful time, it is even more important for us to support each others in ways that we can. Focusing on what we can do and control help us stay present and grounded. Studies have shown how sharing gratitude and contributing to the community can significantly improve our mental wellness. TAP-SD lists multiple volunteer opportunities for us to help out. We are encouraging all of us to take a moment to look at the following list to show support to our community.

As always, our goal is to support our community. We appreciate everyone’s feedback and good vibes as we march forward. Together we will get through this and together we will make a difference in the lives our members and the communities where we serve. Take care!
