Always wanted to learn how to make traditional Batsang (肉粽) / Zong Zi (粽子)? Join TAP-SD at the Taiwanese American Community Center kitchen to learn a professional recipe from a Batsang/Zong Zi Master! Ingredients will be provided with the ticket and attendees will be making one to eat at the class and one to take home after!
