Food Vendor Overview

All food vendors are required to:

Complete the Food Vendor Interest Form (this page) by 07/18/2026
Submit vendor fee by 07/18/2026
Obtain any required permits/licenses
Food vendors must submit a Temporary Food Facility (TFF) Permit application to San Diego County and provide TAP-SD a copy before the required deadline by 7/22/2026
Comply with all county health and safety requirements
Coordinate booth logistics with the TAP-SD Festival Team

TAP-SD will provide for all Vendor Booths:

One (1) 10’x10’ canopy
One (1) table
Two (2) chairs
Volunteer assistance for unloading/loading upon request

Menu Items and Preparation Details

Please provide a preview of the intended menu items at a minimum. Further menu information such as dietary tags can be confirmed later after form submission.

Check

If paying via Zelle: Search for tom.hung@tap-sd.org, the name “TAIWANESE AMERICAN CITIZENS LEAGUE” will show up. Please include your organization name in the “Message to recipient” section.

If paying via Check: Address your check to “Taiwanese American Citizens League TAP-SD” and mail it to "12431 Ruette Alliante, San Diego 92130". Please include your organization name on the check.

Please send payment IMMEDIATELY after submitting the form. It must be received by 7/18/2026 to be a confirmed vendor
